Walgreens, one of the largest retail pharmacy chains in the world, wanted to leverage its data to optimize supply chain business strategy. But to achieve the use cases that improve supply chain efficiency and reduce inventory costs, it first needed to be able to process 284 billion rows of inventory data and sales data from over 20,000 suppliers and 9,000 stores. In this video, Neerav Jain and Anne Cruz from Walgreens, and Vikas Hardia from Kyvos Insights describe how Walgreens uses Kyvos and Tableau to achieve instant, interactive analysis on two years of historical data.
